Do I need to be a certain level to join?
Absolutely not. hybrid.club is for everyday athletes — whether you're training for your first ever HYROX, juggling gym sessions around a 9-to-5, or chasing a podium finish. If you train both running and strength in any form, you're a hybrid athlete and you belong here.
What is hybrid fitness?
Training that combines running and endurance with strength and functional fitness. If you train for events like HYROX, Turf Games, or just love mixing barbell work with running — you're a hybrid athlete. There's no minimum standard. If you do both, you're in.
Is this a coaching programme?
No. hybrid.club is a community, not a programme. You'll find training discussion, advice, and accountability from other people — but we're not prescribing workouts. Train however you train. We're here to connect you with others who do the same.
Is it free?
There's no membership fee — but access is limited. We open the community in waves to keep it tight and high-quality. Apply and you'll be notified when the next wave opens. Members also get first access to hybrid.club product drops.
What events does this cover?
Primarily HYROX and hybrid fitness events, but also Turf Games, obstacle course races, and anyone who trains both running and strength. If you're building fitness that's both strong and fast, you belong here.
How do I find people in my area?
Inside the club, you set your city in your profile. We have regional chat rooms plus a dedicated 'find a partner' space where you can connect with people near you for training and race partnerships.
Why do you ask for my Instagram?
We review every application to keep the community genuine. Your Instagram helps us confirm you're a real person who actually trains — that's all. We won't spam you or post on your behalf.
What platform is the community on?
We use Circle — a private community platform with iOS and Android apps. It's not Facebook, Discord, or WhatsApp. It's a dedicated space just for hybrid.club members.
